I am back...

Just realiza that is been a long time since I posted anything. I have been hard at work on several projects. Here are some pictures of my soon to be Sampler Quilt. These are my nine squares. Usually, a Sampler Quilt is done in light colors and pastels, but I wanted to go with something different, so I picked a black background with bright and loud colors. Hope you like it. Now I have to put it together and quilt it. Will show you the finish project when I have it.

Found a old love....

Hello everyone,

I am back from a very nice and relaxing vacation. In the process I have found an old love, patchwork/quilting. I haven´t done it for a long time and I am very excited about being able to do it again. I am working a several projects at the moment and will have pictures for you in a week or so.

Working on a new design....

So with all the nice words about my first top, I have decided to start on a second one. Here is a little preview of the stick. This will be a knit top in hot pink and off white. I am still on the very early planning stages. Don´t know if I will like the off white band or just make it all pink and do the trim in off white. I am using Katia Madison 100% acetate yarn. It is very soft and light weight.

I am sooo excited.....

I have done my fully mine design. This is the first one done by me from beggining to end. I am so excited to have finish it and I love the way it came out. I have used a new yarn by Katia Bombay 100% Mercerized Cotton. I comes in 8 different shades. I love all the colors on this yarn. I have combine it with Anchor Creativa 100% cotton in a lovely shade of purple. This one can be done in any color. I am working on a headband to match. Stay tune!

Daisy top

Hello everyone,

I have created, with help from a design from My Little CityGirl, this beautiful daisy top. I has been hand crochet with Anchor Creativa 100% cotton. I love this yarn. It gives the finish product a great shine and soft touch. Hope you like it.
